In 2025, Málaga is set to make history as Comic-Con takes place outside the United States for the very first time – and it’s going to be big. From 25 to 28 September, the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos (FYCMA) will welcome thousands of fans of comics, cinema, series, video games and all things pop culture. An unmissable event for everyone passionate about the fan universe.
A truly out-of-this-world event
With an expected 60,000 attendees and over 300 hours of exclusive content, Comic-Con Málaga will bring together some of the most influential names in global entertainment. Major studios like Marvel, DC, Disney and Netflix are expected to unveil new content, alongside appearances by film and TV stars, cosplay contests, creative workshops, exhibitions and much more.
But the convention won’t be limited to the FYCMA venue – the organisers have already confirmed additional activities will take place across the city, including open-air locations. All signs point to Málaga transforming into a spectacular fantasy and creativity hub over four unforgettable days.
Dates, tickets and what you need to know
Comic-Con Málaga 2025 will take place from Thursday 25 to Sunday 28 September 2025. Tickets will be available soon via the official Comic-Con website. To attend, you’ll need to register first under the “badges” section in order to access your passes. The estimated ticket price is around €74, granting access to a world of surprises, premieres and exciting experiences.
This first European edition is set to mark a turning point in the history of the event. With strong support from local and regional institutions, and high-profile figures like Santiago Segura and Iván Fernández Lobo involved in the launch, Málaga is already positioning itself as the new southern European capital of pop culture.
